The Gordonvale Community Hall, also known as the "Hub", has a number of spaces for hire, including a large indoor area suitable for dance classes, exercise classes, meetings, workshops, art and craft workshops, playgroups, church services, social or club activities, community events and private functions such as children's birthdays and anniversaries. There is also a covered outdoor area and children's playground, as well as a separate office available for hire to organisations providing a visiting outreach service to local residents.
